The AKC Events website has information about Agility, Canine Good Citizen, Conformation, Earthdog, Obedience, and much more.

Agility Clubs are for training and competition in AKC Agility events.

Conformation Clubs are for AKC dog show training and competition.
- All-Breed Clubs are open to all AKC-recognized breeds.
- Limited Breed Clubs focus on the breeds in one of the 7 Conformation Groups.
- Specialty Clubs are devoted to a single AKC-recognized breed.

Obedience Clubs are for training and competition in AKC Obedience Trials.
